Education Experts guide our customers in the world of Microsoft education products and offerings. Education Experts get to work closely with the Business Sales Specialist (BSS) and Community Development Specialist (CDS) to generate business by building relationships with unmanaged educational institutions, educators, and school districts.
Education Experts will spend their time influencing, inspiring and shaping the EDU culture and through the Microsoft Innovative Educator (MIE) Program engagements in-store, will assist with the growth and management of both large and small accounts.

1+ year of relevant experience in total (e.g. customer service, retail, reception, clerical / administrative, volunteer work, internship(s), etc.)
Experience in selling consumer electronics or technology solutions
Proven success in metrics-driven, consultative sales environment
Previous technology / product / software teaching or training experience
Microsoft certifications OR experience / education in technology / IT
