As an Account Development Manager you will represent General Mills, identifying market opportunities, increasing profitable sales and growing market share.
In this role you will be calling on a corporate customer in the grocery industry and will be responsible to work within all levels both internaly and externally.
This position will be based remotely out of a home office.
Develop and implement strategies to deliver volume and profit targets.
Build success path for proper distribution, assortment and placement of innovation.
Executional excellence by securing promotional activities within trade parameters.
Accurate forecasting and Trade Management in collabaration with Financial Analyst.
Precise and timely communication shared with Retail partners.
At least 3 yrs of relevant experience
Valid Driver’s License
Ability to work effectively with internal cross functional teams
Strong rapport with external customers
Analytical and Problem solving skills
Ability to Influence / Lead Change
Proficient in all MS office applications
