Sorry, this service is unavailable for the moment Training Advisor, Sales The Training advisor, Sales is responsible for creating, developing, implementing, evaluating and maintaining all Learning and Development processes for the Residential Sales Consultant and Commercial Sales Consultant positions.

  • The incumbent will identify and ensure that content is appropriate for the needs of the targeted audience and the evolution of Landamp;
  • D practices. The Training advisor, Sales, holds a deep understanding of all processes and tools and is responsible for applying their expertise to support Bath Fitter’s vision and strategic planning. Tasks and Responsabilities

  • Training advisor
  • Ensure the training content development process in collaboration with the Landamp;D team
  • In collaboration with all departments, ensure that the instructional training content is updated to meet the needs of the organization and its employees.
  • Train Residential Sales Consultants and Commercial Sales Consultants on products, competition, sales techniques, business acumen, administrative procedures, terminology, etc.
  • Ensure that the training content associated with the activities is adapted, maintained, updated and makes sure the training takes into account any new information as well as current and future technologies.
  • Coordinate and participate in meetings with subject matter experts to ensure all training content is adapted and developed in accordance with needs and desired improvements.
  • Participate in the development of training materials and different tools and methodology (e.g. task aids, presentations visual aids, etc.
  • including writing for training courses.

  • Support
  • Identifies support and continuing training needs, develops training plans and acts as an advisor.
  • Participate in the design, development and implementation of training programs for representatives in the use of a wide range of materials, including written materials, learning platforms and other media.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new methods and approaches in sales and / or training.
  • Monitor training trends and best practices.
  • Job Requirements

  • Fully Bilingual (French and English) is important.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent, an asset.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Training Advisor role and / or Sales Trainer.
  • Experience in writing and creating training content, an asset.
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in Sales training.
  • Expert in designing adult education and training, applied exercises, exams and other support tools.
  • Experience in project management, as asset.
  • Must be proficient on Microsoft Office Suite, and possess knowledge of Office 365, an asset.
  • Experience with training platforms.
  • Must be available to travel frequently across the United States and Canada. (30%)
  • Demonstrated Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication and presentation skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable in an ever-changing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability and desire to perform under high pressure in a rapid growth retail company environment.
  • Ability to maximize the transfer of knowledge and skills, in coaching mode.
  • High level of integrity.
