Who- the Company :

Our client is a well-established and successful privately-held food manufacturing company with a collaborative corporate culture.

What- the Role :

Swim Recruiting is seeking an organized, adaptable, and self-motivated Office Administrative Assistant. This is a newly created position.

The role will involve diverse administrative duties within general office administration and supporting various departments including accounting (for example, basic AP invoicing), sales, and operations.

Who- the Candidate :

If you are a quick learner who takes initiative and enjoys assisting various departments, then this is an excellent opportunity for you! The new Office Administrative Assistant will be viewed as an important and valuable member of the team.

  • At least 1 year recent and relevant office-based administrative experience
  • Relevant post-secondary education highly preferred
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Able to work collaboratively in a tight-knit team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing organization is preferred but not required.
  • Where :

    Lower Mainland. Convenient commute by Skytrain, bus, or car- close to Surrey, Delta, New Westminster, Burnaby, and Richmond.

    How Much :

    Base salary commensurate with experience, please discuss with Swim. This company also provides good health benefits, 3 weeks vacation, and eligibility for an annual bonus.
