You, as an ideal candidate, will provide assistance for high-level executives. You should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf.

Lastly, you should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.


  • Fluent in both English AND Mandarin.
  • College diploma in business.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Minimum of 2-year experience in an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support position.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and influence decisions at a high level.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills.
  • Be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
  • No criminal record.
  • Work extra hours when necessary.
  • Responsibilities

  • Accurately recording minutes from meetings.
  • Check inventory, reorder office supplies, and maintain office equipment.
  • Researching and conducting data to prepare documents or reports for review by departments.
  • Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients.
  • Handle requests and queries from senior managers.
  • Arrange and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Organize business files, contracts, and client information.
  • Assisting in training meetings for staff members.
