Then the role of Banquet Captain may be just right for you. As Banquet Captain you will :
A current ServSafe certificate / alcohol certification is required.
Job Requirements : A high school education and at least 2 years of progressive experience in a food & beverage / dining / banquet operation, with prior supervisory experience preferred.
A ServSafe or Tips certification are all preferred. Physical requirements include the ability to work long hours, as needed.
Medium work exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and / or up to 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
Possess the ability to bend, stretch, twist or reach with your body and arms, work under variable temperatures and noise levels.
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time without sitting or leaning. Must possess fluency in English and be able to work in stressful, high pressure situations.
Must possess the ability to multi-task on a regular basis.
Regular use of a computer, business equipment and software is expected.
