The Reverse Logistics Consumer Assurance team has the goal to find new opportunities to run the TELUS business more effectively.

We work with all parts of TELUS' Supply Chain Operations and Product Development teams to understand all aspects of our business and discover new ways to extend the lifespan and use of our assets.

You’ll have the opportunity to own our business from end to end and each team member is empowered to change their role to evolve with how the business changes.

As a Business Analyst on the Reverse Logistics team, you can work in a number of different areas - supporting our asset optimization and managed assets in our wirelines, wireless and infrastructure portfolios.

Using your skills to discover new opportunities, drive change, collaborate with different stakeholder teams, you will successfully improve our customers' experiences while decreasing costs and adding values for the TELUS team.

To be successful in this role, you will :

  • Collaborate with various stakeholders in Supply Operations, Product Development, IT and Finance
  • Manage production planning and forecasting for TELUS managed assets
  • Analyze consumption rates / trends in demand to plan and adjust accordingly
  • Discover, create and develop new programs that bring additional value
  • Use your project management skills to get stakeholder buy in and implement these initiatives
  • Manage the performance of existing programs and find efficiencies and optimize processes
  • Create reports and build reports to track KPIs
  • Comfortable to review and look at large amounts of data to gain insights and aid in business case development, cost-benefit analysis that leads to informed decision making
  • Communicate effectively with senior leaders and influence others to gain support for your ideas using various presentation formats such as power point presentation or process flow diagrams
  • Ability to support external audits
  • Build strong and compelling business cases with financial modelling
  • Qualifications

    You're the missing piece of the puzzle

  • University degree required business administration, mathematics or engineering preferred
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Procurement and / or Project / Program Management
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Access, Visio and Reporting (DOMO / SAP)
  • Solid knowledge of inventory management principles including forecasting and statistical analysis
  • Strong teamwork and relationship building skills with an ability to influence others
  • Superior organizational and planning skills across competing demands
  • Superior ability to analyze and interpret large amounts of data into clear and relevant business cases
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Project management and implementation
  • Great-to-haves

  • SAP inventory and warehousing skill
  • Service experience within the Wireless and / or high tech-retail industry would be beneficial
  • Database creation and management
