TPD's client, a leading hearing clinic across Canada, is looking for a Customer Care Representative to join the team on a Full Time basis! This is a great opportunity for someone who possesses excellent customer service abilities paired with a positive and helpful attitude!

As a Customer Care Representative, you will be at the front desk for the hearing clinic and be responsible for providing exceptional, consistent quality service to customers in a timely, efficient and effective manner.

This position is located Courtney, BC!

As a Customer Care Representative your responsibilities include :

  • Greet customers and make them feel welcome & comfortable
  • Answer phone calls and update client files
  • Schedule appointments and process payments
  • Complete end of day / month procedures
  • Complete minor hearing aid repairs and assist with cleanings
  • Provide product demonstrations to new clients
  • Recognize sales opportunities and help clinic reach sales targets each month
  • What makes a successful Customer Care Representative?

  • Exceptional people skills with strong verbal communication
  • Tech Savvy - Experience with Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Prior experience working with seniors is considered an asset
  • Prior experience in a administrative or sales role is considered an asset
  • Whats in it for you?

  • Full Time - Monday - Friday - 9 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm
  • Competitive hourly rate ($17-$18 / hr)
