As the People & Culture - Business Partner for internal client teams, you will consult, advise and challenge business leaders on people solutions that support their business goals.
Through your curiosity, insight and pragmatism, you’ll influence strategic decisions relating to our culture and teams.

Here’s the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together
Working closely with the Director - People & Culture, communities of expertise, and senior leaders of your dedicated business unit, you will drive the P&C strategy of your dedicated business unit, and propel the P&C plan forward.
Strategy : Partner with the business to develop an understanding of the people and organizational strategic needs and provide support in designing and executing solutions in the areas of organizational design, change management, process improvement, performance management and effective communication / collaboration Provide strategic People & Culture leadership in the development, implementation and evolution of the People Plan, working to embed a strategic and integrated approach across the business units you support Partner with leadership teams to build talent capability across the organization through talent development, succession planning and inclusion & diversity
Consulting : Trusted advisor to executive leaders to challenge them to consider issues from multiple perspectives and expand their capabilities Fosters a continuous improvement mindset;
continually looks for opportunities to increase the ROI of people programs and ways to improve the internal client experience Leads change by partnering with business leaders and Corporate Communications to proactively manage change
Project & Program Management : Lead projects and the development of programs from inception to completion; facilitate project planning sessions with internal stakeholders to determine the scope and objectives of each project Collaborate and liaise with stakeholders to co-
create project performance goals, design project plans, develop timelines, identify project milestones and track project performance
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
Ability to see the big picture, breaks it down and executes on the small details
Track record of solving complex issues without having all the answers
Diverse skills in : stakeholder management, transformation and process improvement, change management, quantitative and qualitative analysis
Ability to manage medium sized projects, balancing design with implementation needs
Ability to understand business goals and recommend new and innovative approaches to drive continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and performance
Experience with rapid and complex changing work environment
A strong solutions focus with the ability to identify and solve business problems
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, have a bias for action-orientated on results
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Required Professional Designation / Certification & Experience :
7+ years of related experience
Change management certifications would be an asset
Knowledge and experience in human resources and performance development is considered an asset
