An exciting opportunity has arisen for Contract Administrator to support our GTA projects. We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic person that will be responsible of facilitating the award and execution of construction contracts and services to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budgetary guidelines.

We are looking for someone with passion and drive, who is highly organized and can ensure that our high standard of quality is maintained.

With varied engineering, procurement and construction options, your skilled guidance in influencing project plan execution is crucial to the delivery of sustainable and successful outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities :

  • Assisting in compiling and preparing contract bid documents.
  • Develop, award, administer and close out contracts for the supply of services to the project to ensure that this is completed in accordance with Ausenco Procedures.
  • Responsible for the evaluation of terms and commercial conditions to bidding processes associated with contracts.
  • Support the set-up of contracts within Smart Plant Materials System.
  • Manage the contracts processes and system through effective communication across the project structure.
  • Administration of contracts properly and in a timely manner. Strong change management skills are required.
  • Work closely to support, Engineering and Project Controls to monitor and report progress
  • Ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions
  • Establishing and maintains contract records
  • About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering or equivalent fields
  • 2 5 years of experience with expertise in Contracts Management on EPC or EPCM projects.
  • A proven track record managing multiple projects simultaneously or a single project of major size and scale.
  • You must have the demonstrated ability to analyse and understand commercial conditions in all contracts
  • You must show your attention to detail and accuracy
  • Mining project experience is an asset
  • Advance level on Microsoft office package
  • Hexagon / Smart Plant Materials is an asset
  • Exceptional negotiating and networking skills would be a definite asset.
  • Availability to go to site when required
