the culture service , leisure, sport and social development is looking for candidates to fill the position of :

Coordinator (ICE) Activities and programs - elder (e) s

temporary 104 weeks

under the authority of the Division - Social Development Chef, the holder coordinates various programs and activities under its responsibility.

As such, it ensures optimal use of human, material and financial resources allocated to it. The person holder concerts and arouses the care of community life by citizens including the component of social development.

The holder collaborates in the coordination of the Municipality Committee Friend of the elder ), to the follow -up and implementation of the concerted Mada action plan.

It supports consultations and partners with a view to supporting structured and concerted actions aimed at improving the living conditions of Laval people.

It also collaborates in the writing of the action plan of the universal accessibility policy and its implementation.

required qualifications :

own a baccalaureate in science social or in a field relevant to function;

have four (4) years of work experience in the field of social development, more particularly in terms of improving living conditions and the development of the potential of seniors.

Master the concepts, challenges and applications of active aging and universal accessibility;

have experience in development of action plans concerted, in development of practice communities and in support of communities with a view to developing the ability to take care;

Hold experience in consultation and in mobilization of partners;

Be able to support operations of RA activities and programs elied to social development;

show a good capacity for analysis, synthesis and drafting;

be skillful to plan, organize, coordinate and evaluate activities under his responsibility;

Master project management.

Hold an environmental sense.
