Position Overview :
We are looking for individuals that have basic IT skills such as how to set up a computer with all the peripherals (monitor, keyboard, power outlets, etc.
These Computer Install Technicians will be working on our client sites located in Edmonton. This position will be based out of Edmonton and candidates should be willing to travel with the team to different client sites in Alberta.
Responsibilities :
Set up client computer workstations
Software installation as required
Printer / peripheral installation as required
Respond to customer inquiries
Record-keeping and asset management as required
Work proactively to ensure that services delivery is aligned to the client needs
Delivering computer and / or printer orientation
Skills & Qualifications :
Ability to establish and maintain positive customer service
Experience working in an IT environment is considered an asset
Experience in PC assembly or repair is considered an asset
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.
Must be able to pass a criminal record check (CPIC)
