Who you are

You will be responsible for interacting with Colliers business stakeholders across various business lines to maximize their success in utilizing Colliers’ technology product offerings, identify their pain points and collaboratively work with technology solution delivery & architecture team to identify solutions and assist in training and adoption of the new solutions.

You will be responsible for all aspects of customer adoption and engagement, including but not limited to : Change management planning and roll-out of new and upgraded services and continued support of the technology product offerings.

You will be responsible for leading the business success function including training, change management and adoption of Colliers technology tools and processes, managing and leading business success analysts and managers.

What you bring

  • Minimum 7 years of Customer Success, Customer Support Services experience within technology
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in organizational change management, leading roll out of new technology or processes
  • Experience with CRM tools, Transnational systems, BI Analytics solutions, data visualization (MS stack an asset)
  • Respect and empathy for our customers issues and able to keep composure under pressure
  • Organization change management certification such as Prosci is preferred
  • Bonus skills and experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or business administration or other related education preferred
  • Keen understanding of key operational metrics and performance indicators used to manage a Customer Relationship environment

  • You will provide excellent customer service to business, remove roadblock for adoption of technology by planning the right level of training and support, identify opportunities for increasing the productivity of the business stakeholders and collaborating with solution delivery team and service delivery team to develop solutions and plan for roll out.
