ENHANCE THE TALENT EXPERIENCE IT’S WHAT YOU’LL DO
Find great people Responsible for full cycle recruitment for vacant positions within Payworks, refreshing or implementing new recruitment strategies, collaborating with the internal marketing team to ensure the Payworks recruitment brand is consistent with the company’s corporate brand / image and acting as Payworks designated representative to foster relationships & attending external events.
Strategize for future talent needs Work with the Team Lead, Human Resources to manage the talent acquisition strategy, collaborating closely with stakeholders across the business, including hiring managers to understand the needs of their team, sourcing passive candidates, identifying selection criteria and planning for future growth.
Measure & analyze talent metrics Manage the applicant tracking system and candidate pipelines, develop end-to-end recruitment tracking processes and regular talent metrics.
Prepare salary recommendations based on market value in line with candidate qualifications and internal pay equity. Ensure all processes are in line with applicable provincial legislation and Payworks policies including Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging, Privacy, Accessibility & Security protocols.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Post-secondary education with an HR Management focus and / or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Two or more years of experience working in full-cycle recruitment, either in-house or in an agency environment.
Excellent MS Office skills, and experience using Applicant Tracking Systems.
Future focused with the desire to build a strategy, foster partnerships, cultivate a talent pool and continuously improve processes.
High attention to detail and analytical skills.
Strong organizational skills including the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
High energy, self-starter, customer focused, innovative, with a demonstrated ability to drive change.
Bilingual in French and English is preferred.
Ability to problem solve, both individually and on a team.
Coach and guide others with strong negotiating and influencing skills.
Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills.
Great at networking and building relationships.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and the ability to help motivate others.
Strong organizational skills and basic project management.
You understand the technology industry (or at least have a strong desire to learn).
You are comfortable with the occasional business trip.
BONUS SKILL SET
Designation in HR or Recruitment is an asset.
Experience working in the SaaS / Technology sector would be a benefit.

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist reports into the Payworks office, however has the option to work remotely, in the office or on a hybrid work model.
