DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Tracking and managing the scheduling of all Initial, Recurrent, Specialty, Requalification and Upgrade Pilot Training, including classrooms, instructors, resources, etc.
Additional duties as assigned by the Manager, Crew Resources.

TRAINING : Successful candidates will be enrolled in a combination of in-person training as well as virtual training during their onboard period into the role, with all required computer equipment provided in advance of the effective start date.
Minimum 1 year experience as a Crew Scheduler / Planner (or other relevant planning or operations experience)
Knowledge crew management and preferential bidding software (i.e. CrewTrac, FLICA preferred, but not required)
Knowledge of Canadian Aviation Regulations related to flight crew
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite / Shared Drives / Gmail
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective time management
Superior interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
Excellent decision-making ability
Self-starter with high motivation
Impartiality, integrity, tenacity, diplomacy and self-reliance are key attributes
Ability to work well independently and as part of a cohesive unit
Positive customer-focused attitude, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong technology background preferred
