The Life Sciences Division of ATS is focused on growing our market leading position and executing our growth strategy. The Marketing Specialist is a newly created role within our Life Sciences team and will report to the Global Vice President of Sales.
In this role, you will be responsible for increasing brand awareness with current and potential customers. You will work directly with the sales, operations and front end of the business teams and focus on external communications that facilitate lead generation.
Website design, updates and upgrades
Conceptualize, develop and implement a Life Sciences monthly newsletter
Support the ongoing development of marketing materials that are distributed to customers including newsletters, e-brochures, product literature, brochures, technical papers and presentations
Coordinating social media strategies and promotions
Highlight key value propositions through various marketing collateral and methods
Proactively solicit voice of customer to identify opportunities for improvements / enhancements
Provide input to the strategy and performance of all marketing activities
Maintain a competitor knowledge base to be shared regularly with the team
Research and analyze market data to identify key areas of differentiation and growth
Providing input and support for trade show messaging and execution.

Bachelors degree in marketing, communications or related field
2-3 years’ marketing and / or communications experience
Understanding of multiple marketing disciplines
Creative problem solving skills taking concepts and translating them into campaigns that drive customer engagement and conversion
Ability to present marketing ideas in a clear manner translating technical content into customer facing material
Excellent time management, communication and presentation skills
Experience working with international partners and marketing in international markets is a plus
