Paper is seeking a talented product marketer well versed in B2B enterprise tech to drive go-to-market success for our online academic support platform.

This role will cover a wide scope of product marketing initiatives including market intelligence, messaging and positioning, sales enablement, product launch, go-to-market strategy, and thought leadership development.

Your ultimate goal is to communicate the platform’s unique value proposition to the market.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter that can hit the ground running to help shape, launch and market our platform as we continue to truly change the dynamics of the education industry.

Responsibilities :

  • GTM - develop go-to-market strategy and messaging to position Paper uniquely in the EdTech ecosystem and drive sales and marketing success
  • Content - produce and deliver thought leadership content, presentations, product sheets, and more
  • Demand - work with digital and demand teams to develop messaging and content to drive conversions and qualified leads
  • Product Launch - work with product team to develop launch plans for key features, maximizing exposure of major product / strategic investments
  • Product & Industry SME - act as the company expert for questions about addressable market, customer personas, buying considerations, competitive landscape, market trends, and product differentiators
  • Project Management - manage multiple projects across internal and external teams to influence outcomes and meet aggressive deadlines
  • Measure - track content usage, measure performance, document learnings, and report against key objectives to executive team
  • Requirements & Core Skill Sets

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in B2B enterprise SaaS companies; pragmatic marketing training / familiarity a plus
  • Passion for education. Knowledge of the K12 EdTech market and landscape are a plus
  • Demonstrated track record of prior success in developing product messaging, planning for go-to-market success, and leading marketing campaigns, ideally in education or a related industry
  • An articulate communicator with strong writing skills and experience producing digital content
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and develop collaborative influence to achieve organizational buy-in for new ideas
  • A critical thinker and flexible problem solver willing to iterate on ideas and lead new process development
