Part of the Digital Product Operations group, the Salesforce DevOps candidate would serve as one of the system administrators for our Salesforce CRM environment.

  • Handle all administrative functions including user account maintenance, deployments, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
  • Investigate production problems and coordinate / follow up with development teams on resolution
  • Help testing of platform in QA prior to releasing
  • Skills required :

  • Required : Salesforce Administrator & Developer Certification (CRM)
  • 3-5 years experience in Salesforce Administration
  • 3-5 years experience in Salesforce Development
  • 3-5 years experience on Community cloud
  • Ability to investigate production problems in debug mode and recommend resolution
  • Prior experience with SFDC development tools, including Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning, and VisualForce
  • Deployment tools - Ant Migration, Data Loader, Workbench or Salesforce Inspector
  • Experience on Appexchange installation, configuration and maintenance
  • Experience with HTML5 & CSS
  • Prior experience with Marketing Cloud is required
  • Prior experience with Service Cloud is required
  • Prior development experience is highly recommended
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
