HUB continues to grow and seeking a dynamic Account Manager working out of our HUB Saint John office ore remote within Atlantic Canada, who can manage an existing book of business while also handling incoming new client opportunities.
This is an ideal role for a strong team player who is detailed oriented, enjoys working with people and has a commitment to deliver results on required deadlines.
This role will require a flexible individual to adapt to the growth of the business. A broker from personal lines or small business, looking for professional growth and working with larger commercial insurance accounts.

Responsibilities :
Managing all aspects of an existing book of business
Providing support to an assigned Commercial Producer
Ensuring new business and retention targets are met, including by means of re-marketing
Manage the client’s entire renewal process
Complete outbound calls as required for renewal review and special projects
Support new business sales
Upsell and cross-sell with existing clients
Respond to inbound telephone inquiries
Prompt response to all customer inquiries by providing effective and efficient customer service to verbal and written inquiries
Resolving client concerns and complaints while ensuring that Service Excellence Standards are met
Although the primary focus is on commercial lines, flexibility managing other areas i.e. personal lines and / or benefits accounts
Qualifications :
College Diploma or University Degree and / or equivalent work experience
Minimum 2 - 3 years’ experience in insurance Account Management
General Insurance License required
Experience with commercial insurance desired
Team player able to work within Production and Service teams
Ability to work independently and in a team
Effective organizational skills and time management
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office : Word, Excel and Outlook
Experience with EPIC broker management system an asset
