Create inventory which can be used for indeterminate, term, part-time or casual appointments.
NOTE - casual employment means a short-term employment option to hire persons to the Public Service for a period not to exceed 90 working days in one department in any one calendar year

Experience in planning and organizing meetings, workshops or special events.

Experience in providing administrative support services

Experience as a member of the Canadian Armed Forces.

Experience in organizing and coordinating the activities of a manager's office including : determining priorities, managing an agenda / calendar.
Experience in the completion of travel and / or hospitality claims
Experience in interpreting and applying legislation and policy.
Experience in taking minutes at meetings.
Experience working in a legal office environment.
Experience working in a medical office environment
Experience in dealing with senior officials.
Experience in the use of FMIS to monitor and report financial expenditures
Experience providing support for one of the Human Resources disciplines (i.e. / Classification, Learning, Staffing, Labour Relations).
Experience working on a Wiki.
Experience using Federal Health Claims Processing System (FHCPS).
Experience working with PeopleSoft
Experience using an electronic filing system such as GCDocs.
Experience provisioning access to an electronic system or software.
