In this position you will be reporting to the afternoon shift supervisor. As the Process Technician Ti-Etch, you will be responsible for etching titanium components during the manufacturing process.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Titanium Etching aircraft components during the manufacturing process;
Titanium Etch parts per process techniques, operation sketches, standart work and special handler instructions
Read OP sketches and work instructions to identify with requirements
Maintain acceptable production, quality levels, and departmental equipment, as well as practice safety in the workplace and maintain good housekeeping
Utilize proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required
Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum requirements include Grade 12 diploma or equivalent with 2+ yrs of outside experience
At least 2 years of related manufacturing experience
Demonstrated experience with ti-etching or processing would be considered an asset
Strong PC skills
Demonstrated experience in material handling and crane / hoist operations required
Strong communication skills (oral and written) with the ability to work well in a team
Must be willing to work the weekend day shift (Friday to Sunday 6am to 6pm)
