What you’ll do
Source passive and active prospects, coordinate and conduct interviews, screen applicants, and present recommendations
Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners including setting expectations and making sound recommendations
Manage and update recruitment database in a timely manner to maintain accurate metrics
Create and foster relationships with online resources, professional organizations, and community organizations, to create partnerships to pipeline quality candidates
Stay informed of current trends and recruiting techniques to be innovative with sourcing and attracting quality candidates
Work closely with new Retailers & Peer Coaches as they complete the Retailer Training Program, identifying and working through any gaps as they prepare for their new business opportunity
Be an active contributor in developing and implementing a vision for the future of the Retailer Training Program. This includes staying informed about training trends and best practices that leverage knowledge of training trends and best practices to optimize the learning experience and ensure continuous improvement of the program
Conceptualize, design, and deliver learning solutions that ensure new Retailers develop the competencies that are needed to operate Gas+ locations that meet or surpass financial, operational, and customer experience goals
Proactively source information about company initiatives that impact training content, and work collaboratively with Program Leads and Subject Matter Experts (SME) to create new modules and update existing content to ensure training aligns with current strategies, policies, procedures, and best practices
Ensure business continuity by collaborating with peers to create and maintain a training operation manual to document practices and procedures
What you bring
University degree or College diploma in Human Resources, Training, or business related discipline
4 6 years of relevant experience in recruitment and training program management
Fully bilingual in French and English (written and verbal)
Highly developed written and oral communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
Experience with multiple methods of sourcing and recruiting (LinkedIn, indeed, etc.)
Strong relationship management skills with a focus on delivering exceptional candidate experiences
Self-starter mindset with an ability to work proactively with minimal supervision and with a passion for making an impact
Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Access, etc.)
