The Role :
This position is accountable for delivery & excellence in campaign planning and management, working with all cross functional partners and internal clients ensuring that campaigns deliver objectives, are break-
through, and come in on time and on budget.
What we can expect from you :
Lead Integrated Campaign Planning within a GBU (Global Business Unit) in partnership with the Director of Integrated Campaign Planning (ICP) and internal COE (Centre of Excellence) i.
e. PAW Patrol, Kinetic Sand, Bakugan
Project Manage a portfolio of priority brands
Manage integrated campaign budgets, aligning with brand owner and COE partners
Competitive monitoring and intelligence, proactive initiatives
In partnership with Head of Production, drive campaign workbacks ensuring teams stay on task and approvals are managed
Meeting management and follow-up across COE / GBU
Support Director IMC in developing integrated strategy and planning on select group of brands

High emotional intelligence; confident and able to partner across all levels of the organization from junior level to executive suite as needed
Curiosity in marketing innovation and consumer trends to lead breakthrough thinking
Strong Power Point, Keynote, and Excel skills
Project Management Software experience and Adobe Suite a plus
You should apply if you have the following :
University degree; preferable in Business (BCom, MIT)
3-5 years’ experience Agency Account Management, Strategic Planning or Media / Digital
Experience working in an Integrated Communications / Planning Model, Comms Planning an asset
Experience in Retail, Toy, Gaming, Entertainment or fast-paced Consumer Goods an asset
