    Successful completion of secondary school (grade 12) or an acceptable combination of education, training and / or experience.Experience :

  • Experience in coordinating and conducting preventative maintenance in semi-skilled carpentry, plumbing and / or electrical work for the contruction, repair and installation of facilities, components and / or structures
  • Experience in the use, operation and maintenance of a range of manual and power tools and equipment
  • Experience in basic computer programsThe following will be applied / assessed at a later date (essential for the job)English essentialKnowledge :
  • Knowledge of applying a ranger of general plumbing, mechanical and / or construction techniques and semi-skilled repair, maintenance, and installation methods, and practices
  • Knowledge of operating a wide range of manual and power tools
  • Knowledge and skill to determine / calculate quantities, time / cost estimates and specifications; record data; and maintain computerized records and logs
  • Knowledge of basic computer programs (ie. Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, Outlook)Abilities :
