Position Summary

The Loans & Structured Credit team generally focuses on performing senior secured bank loans rated below investment grade and securitized products backed by such loans in the U.

S. and European markets. The team sources assets from both the primary and secondary market and has deal flow relationships with all major counterparties active in the U.

S. and European leveraged finance markets, as well as strong relationships with nearly all private equity sponsors in these regions.

We are in search of an Associate to sit in the group’s U.S. collateralized loan obligations (CLO) investing team and be responsible for the evaluation of potential investments and the monitoring of existing investments.

This person will also be responsible projecting expected returns on Intex based on data obtained from Kanerai and other data sources, participation in due diligence of CLO managers, assessment of refinancing and reset opportunities, composition of investment memoranda, maintenance of monitoring tools and participation on quarterly valuation processes.

This position must be able to prioritize assigned multiple tasks and work under pressure in a deadline-oriented environment.
