Senior System Administrator

WBM is looking for a talented individual to join our Data & Security Team.

As a Senior System Administrator on the Projects & Solutions team, your responsibilities will include the execution of project work, delivery of post-project documentation, and solution hand-off to our operations team.

Your work will contribute to our overall goal of delivering best-in-class client-centered service.

Your primary responsibility is the support and delivery of technical solutions to our Managed Services client base. The responsibilities include technology solution design and the execution of project work.

This position requires collaboration, teamwork, and mentorship with other team members as we work together to identify, escalate, and resolve client issues.

The ability to clearly and accurately record information on newly implemented client environments to maintain our knowledge base is a core requirement.
