Primary responsibilities of this role : Maintain and support e-commerce functions including, but not limited to, support and maintenance of mobile APP, Kiosks and on-
going Websites enhancements Manage schedules, assets, and overall project organization to ensure requirements and deliverables dates are clearly communicated and executed.
Prioritize tasks and establish and document processes. Independently ensure the successful implementation of projects including and managing timelines, scopes, budgets, communications, quality, issues, risks, critical paths, resource and budget constraints Lead on-
going web functional updates as well as product inventory data updates and pricing Ecommerce Design & Platform Management Lead cross-
functional teams such as IT and Marketing to support all digital initiatives Provide an interface between TBS clients and I.
Work with the development team to triage and fix site bugs and issues The ideal applicant will have : Bachelor degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent PMP or any project management certification is a great asset 8-
10 years’ experience as a PM on large projects dealing with cross-functional teams, complex processes and multiple technical platforms and agile project methodology At least 4 years leading ecommerce projects from end to end Strong understanding of current e-
commerce and digital trends and best practices Understanding of e-commerce digital ecosystem, Web User Interface, UX methodology, web development process, order fulfilment process and reporting Strong understanding of e-
commerce technology solutions and third-party applications such as integrations with 3rd party CMS systems, Mobile Apps, Kiosks, API, ERPs, CRM and POS Experience developing project plans, flow charts, use cases, FRD and TRD documents Competencies in project planning tools (ex.
JIRA / Confluence and Smartsheet) Must be highly organized and able to juggle multiple projects with many moving parts, weighing priorities effectively Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with technical and non-
