The Specialist, Fleet & Government is responsible to provide a total solution experience to his / her clients. He / she is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities as well as current, by implementing Regional sales development initiatives and promoting NAPA parts and programs (including IBS possibility) to Fleets & Government for both our corporate and associate stores.
More specifically, the person will be asked to :
Proactively identify new sales opportunities and develop plans to grow sales.
Implement sales development plans and support ;
Work with Sale and Store managers to identify new sales opportunities, develop sales strategy and development plans for growing business.
Collaborate to create specific tools for this segment such as toolkits and sales folders ;
Participate actively in the preparation of RFPs materials ;
Gather market intelligence and report service or product issues to assigned store managers and Sales manager. Collaborate on the creation of a NAPA Fleet Toolkit , needed checklists, etc.
