70 Hours Bi-weekly Non-Union Day shifts

You are an experienced manager of client-facing, digital health services with an understanding of the healthcare sector and the needs of older adults and their families.

Your goal is to oversee the ongoing development and operation of the B H service, delivering a high-quality, consistent and sustainable experience for clients and providers.

You will lead the Customer Success team that works directly with clients and behind the scenes to ensure all aspects of Baycrest Home meet our standards.

You will work with product leads and other stakeholders to release new services smoothly into operations.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • Manage Customer Success team of administrative, clinical and project professionals to deliver the day-to-day management of B H
  • Craft operational strategies to create client experience, and scale as B H grows
  • Creates processes, tools, and business rules used to manage interactions with B H clients.
  • Works with Program Manager to develop tools and templates used to implement clinical aspects of the service.
  • Manages relationships with both internal external service partners to ensure all parties meet operational standards and obligations.
  • Establishes internal procedures and systems to create transparency, managing projects and generating regular reports and data.
  • Establishes detailed project plans, budgets and milestones. Ensure projects remain on budget.
  • Monitors project progress and report updates.
  • Organizes and manages team meetings.
  • Identifies and manages issues and risks.
  • Designs and implement the evaluation framework, including data capture and analysis tools.
  • Complies with the legislative, regulatory and internal responsibilities as set forth in the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
  • Performs job responsibilities in a manner that supports Baycrest’s safety culture.
  • Participates in skills and knowledge development initiatives.
  • Performs cross-functional and other duties, as assigned.
  • Qualifications include but are not limited to :

  • Project Management Professional Certification and formal project management education is preferred.
  • Master’s degree in a related field (Business Administration, Health Administration, or other related field) is preferred
  • At least 15 years’ experience in management of technology-related services and projects in a health-tech related company is strongly preferred.
  • Training in and demonstrated experience using Agile Development and Design Thinking tools is preferred
  • Experience working in / with Canadian public sector healthcare organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience and skills in the development of business plans, reports and proposals is an asset.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing staff and working with outside contractors and business partners including the negotiation and management of business agreements, contracts and licenses.
  • Well-developed project management skills are necessary.
  • Knowledge of telemedicine, other services designed to increase access to care, and an understanding of seniors’ care is an asset.
  • Data analysis experience is an asset.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with social media platforms, videoconferencing platforms, polling software and / or website management, is an asset.
  • Well-developed oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent coordination, time management and organization skills.
  • Ability to work in a high stress fast paced environment.
