Our Community Managers, As Canada’s largest residential landlord, CAPREIT prides itself on our tenant satisfaction and welcoming atmosphere of our properties.
Our Community Managers report to our Associate Vice Presidents of Operations and ensure the performance goals for our land lease communities are met.
In their role, they handle day-to-day management requirements and address any homeowner inquiries or concerns. Candidates for this position should have at least five years of experience in property management and have an interest in helping and working with homeowners.
Ideal applicants should have the ability to manage relationships with a responsible and positive attitude, and excellent computer and communication skills.
