This Channel Sales Executive role drives sales across our Consumer portfolio with top Canadian Managed Retailers with an additional focus on Gaming.
This Channel Sales Executive collaborates with CCSM Category and Marketing teams to drive success with partners achieving sales and winning fans.
Grow business with select top Strategic Accounts with emphasis on Gaming and Surface
Identify and develop future Strategic Accounts with differentiated bets
Leverage new Digital and Subscription sales motions as a strategic engine to drive growth & capture new opportunities across Xbox, Surface, Windows, Office and Accessories
Develop Marketplace as a new Breadth engine
Joint Account Planning
Leverage industry knowledge, channel insight & customer understanding to drive strategic alignment and land joint business objectives with partner
Identify key focus areas to create actionable & effective account planning
Orchestrate annual and seasonal planning process with partner
Develop strategies to compete and win share by ensuring the right assortment at the right price through strong portfolio management across all product categories
Support partner through the digital transformation journey to ensure omni-channel presence and growth
Drive and land regular account performance reviews internally and with partner, and secure inclusion into the partner business cycle
Establish deeper engagement with key partner executives and stakeholders
Business Operational Excellence
Execute account plans to agreed metrics and targets, and orchestrate internal Rhythm of the Business
Drive improvement in CPE through timely issue resolution and partner support
10 years Retail or Consumer experience in Gaming, Entertainment & Device industries.
Passion for the devices, gaming, digital and services with a curiosity to learn.
Strong analytical abilities including P&L analysis and scenario modeling.
Solid organization, influence, leadership, team-building and negotiation capabilities.
Proven experience in driving revenue through different channels.
Experience managing complex projects and leading virtual teams.
Ability to communicate effectively and concisely - both orally and in written form, and create / deliver executive level presentations.
The ability to think strategically and solve unstructured business problems
Must be self-motivated and able to work effectively in a highly collaborative, team environment.

Bachelor’s degree (BS / BA) is required. MBA a plus.
