Position : Treasury Assistant
Location : Crewe CW1 6BD
Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 08 : 30am 05 : 00pm

We are seeking a Treasury Assistant to join our growing Finance team reporting to the Treasury Manager and will be located at the Group’s Head Office in Crewe, Cheshire.

What will you be doing as Treasury Assistant?
Validation and approval of around 700 payments and transfers a month across multiple countries, currencies and banking platforms;
Validation and approval of payments through the new ERP system for European purchase ledger payments;
Monitoring bank balances to ensure sufficient funds are available to meet working capital requirements across the Group’s 100+ bank accounts;
Monitoring the Group Treasury inbox, resolving queries as required;
Reviewing the level of currency requirements and make forward purchases where required;
Co-ordinating the settlement of intercompany loans and trading balances;
What experience / skills are we looking for?
Experience of working in a Treasury function;
Advanced Excel skills
Experience of working in a multi-country payments environment is desirable
Experience of working within a fast-paced entrepreneurial business
