Aurora Larssen Projects Ltd (ALPS), an entity of Aurora Cannabis Inc., is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Project Management team.

ALPS is responsible for the design and construction oversight of Aurora's state-of-the art greenhouse facilities, including the world's largest, most advanced cannabis production facility known as Aurora Sky.

Supporting 7-10 Project Managment staff members, the Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of day-to-

day tasks including, but not limited to the following :

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES : Prepare reports, memos, and documents Maintain paper filing system (code and file documents according to the established procedures) Maintain electronic and back up filing system Manage calendar, meetings, appointments Prepare meeting agendas and supporting materials for distribution Support with meeting, travel and other arrangements Coordinating vendor sheets, purchase order reviews, work order tracking, job closing, moving committed costs and other project specific documentation with Project Management team members Review invoices and statements to ensure that all the information appearing on them is accurate and complete.

Identify errors or discrepancies and resolve before processing Implement a process to ensure accurate tracking of manhours for various to the projects assigned to each employee Create report templates and run monthly reports that highlight who has worked on specific projects the breakdown of allocated hours Assist with special projects as needed KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES : Familiar with using office equipment such as photocopier, scanner, etc.

Knowledge of filing systems Strong reconciliation and audit skills Strong attention to detail Proficiency in the use of computer software for word processing, spreadsheets, email, Internet Familiar with using Microsoft Office Word, Excel etc.

Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and ability to exercise independent judgment Must be detail-oriented Excellent communication skills, both in oral and written Bilingualism is considered an asset EXPERIENCE : 3+ years’ experience in an Administrative Assistant role Experience creating and maintaining basic job cost reports in excel Experience within the Construction industry is considered an asset Public company experience preferred but not required EDUCATION : Diploma or certificate in Accounting, Bookkeeping or Administration considered an asset We would like to thank all applicants for their interest but only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
