You will discover qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeted outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-

term relationships. The SDR will assist the Sales and Marketing departments with the development of creative and strategic marketing campaigns.

This position will work with various internal departments as well as outside vendors, suppliers, clients, and agencies. From making initial contact with the client, advising on suitable solutions and ensuring optimal customer service.

  • Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers;
  • Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM;
  • Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities;
  • Responsible for identifying and developing strategic relationships with partners or potential clients;
  • You will be the initial contact that potential clients have with our client and will be responsible for cold calling, arranging meetings, pitching clients and assisting to close partnerships;
  • Responsible to maintain regular and frequent contact with clients to ensure a high level of customer service is upheld;
  • Collaboration with other departments is necessary to be successful in this role. You will work collaboratively with the marketing, sales and production development teams to implement business development initiatives;
  • Responsible for presenting products and services offered to new accounts;
  • Develop and foster relationships with account key decision makers in an effort to generate new business and strengthen the existing relationship;
  • Responsible for reviewing current templates developed for vertical specific marketing and re-create to build out new verticals;
  • Assemble new visual supported marketing materials (some Photoshop / Illustrator use required);
  • Assist with production and execution of marketing campaigns;
  • Assist with creation of marketing communications (newsletters, weekly blog updates, etc.);
  • Work closely with the VP, Sales & Marketing and take on tasks and initiatives as directed;
  • Assist with monitoring of marketing campaigns executed, provide data on findings;
  • Execute inbound and outbound sales qualifications via email and phone;
  • Conduct market research;
  • Contribute to the success of the client's team environment by offering suggestions and identifying areas of improvement as needed;
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
