What You Will Do
Serve as the main point of contact for high value strategic residential new construction builders in order to deliver best in class service for partners within the geographic service territory.
Deliver Energy Efficiency programs to the residential new construction builder market with associated sales targets.
Identify strategic opportunities and threats related to the new home construction market.
Work on key initiatives that improve our internal processes to drive higher stakeholder satisfaction levels, trust and confidence while minimizing escalated issues.
Strong involvement in community based support for Community Expansion including community outreach events, canvassing, open houses, store front presence, and performing savings analysis calculations.
Support the annual customer attachment forecast and identify new approaches to attach customers in existing communities in order to drive growth.
Collaborate with key external stakeholders including Home Builder Associations to drive effective two-way communication re challenges and goals related to energy efficiency and work processes.
Who You Are :
You have the following education and experience :
Post-secondary bachelor’s degree (preferably Business, Economics, or Environmental Studies) with minimum two years of related experience.
Ability to manage accounts at all levels of the builder organization including construction site supervisors, environmental managers / energy auditors, project managers, and CEO’s.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, MS Office, Excel and web based communication platforms.
Detail and results oriented with proven ability to manage multiple. processes; ability to handle competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
Strong interpersonal sales skills and client focus.
Ability to present in-front of larger groups of people.
Proven ability to build consensus; able to work collaboratively and independently.
