JOB DESCRIPTION

Lead CRM Developer The Lead CRM Software Developer develops and maintains Microsoft Dynamics CRM modules to meet the company’s needs.

He also analyses franchises' requirements in North America in order to develop and maintain modules or applications that will help to manage these requirements. Tasks and Responsabilities

  • Analyze, design, configure, administer and manage MS Dynamics CRM;
  • Create, modify and maintain functionalities of Microsoft Dynamics CRM;
  • Work with a User Experience (UX) Specialist to enhance the user experience of MS Dynamics CRM;
  • Create and implement customized business process flows, entities (including cases), attributes, entity forms with tooltip help, entity views, themes, charts, and other functionality within MS Dynamics CRM to support the business requirements;
  • Design, develop and use Web Services (based on Microsoft frameworks and Microsoft Windows Communication Foundation) to facilitate development of MS Dynamics CRM;
  • Extend the Dynamics CRM platform by using the supported API and C#.Net (e.g., Develop plug-ins for Dynamics CRM);
  • Create and maintain SSRS Reports;
  • Analyze, program and optimize database queries;
  • Document programming changes and prepare user documentation;
  • May be called upon to analyze, maintain and optimize SQL data bases and internet information services (IIS).
  • Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Computer Science (with complementary experience).
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar position.
  • Experience in customization and development of a CRM, Dynamics and asset.
  • Experience with relational data bases (SQL Server), programming languages (C#.Net, ASP.Net and VB.Net).
  • Web programming (JavaScript, HTML5, jQuery, Web Services, HTML and CSS).
  • Familiar with Microsoft Dynamics Navision software, an asset.
  • Sound knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts.
  • Demonstrated Skills

  • Able to prioritize, meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Very good oral and written communication skills in English and French.
  • Analytical and attention to detail.

  • SQL Server 2005-2012 and SSRS.
  • Workflow, Microsoft Active Directory.
