Position Overview :
As a member of the Brick Group’s service and repair division; TransGlobal Service, you will be part of a dynamic growing department specializing in providing superior Customer Service to an ever increasing client base.
Process and receive parts from manufacturers and vendors
Sort and organize incoming parts
Warehouse and Machine Operation Certification
Prepare and process the shipment of parts using various couriers
Tracking of parts from vendors
Contact suppliers regarding the status of shipments
Various office support functions (filing, data entry, etc.)
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a parts or repair department is an asset
Punctuality and dependability a must
Must be organized and detail oriented
Proven ability to produce results
Able to provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers in a fast-paced environment
Effective problem solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional telephone etiquette
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
