A minimum of 2 years experience in the collection industry is required for this position. As a Client Account Manager you will be responsible for day-to-day communication with our valued clients.
This position is one of the most important functions at General CSI delivering on our Customer Service Excellence Promise.
You are expected to fully understand all of the multiple work standards, and work flow processes that our teams employ to deliver our services to our clients, understand all of the technologies that both General CSI and its clients utilize, and be able to identify new opportunities within our existing client base where General CSI can add improved value to our clients through our service offerings.
A salary plus commission is offered for this position, plus benefits and additional incentives as offered from time to time.
Salary range is $14.00 to $21.00 per hour.
