  • Summary :
  • The Lease Coordinator - Inland Lease & Rental will be responsible for coordinating, tracking, and the general administration of PacLease inventory for the full lease life cycle (from new order to disposal).

    This position will also be responsible for legal document review and acting as an information liaison for all Canadian and US ILR Operations.

  • Requirements :
  • YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review new orders and identify issues to ensure all appropriate approvals are in place and predetermined rating standards have been met
  • Act as coordinator between Branch personnel, Corporate Managers and Sales Coordinators for new truck orders and other inventory changes
  • Coordinate the in-service, funding and deal file process including setting up billing, registering appropriate liens, arranging financing and preparing all required documents
  • Update inventory and ensures that all inventory changes are properly noted
  • Prepare and send out important documents including sales and inventory reports, customer letters and other legal documents.
  • File for unit and customer files.
  • WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • Diploma or post-secondary degree in business administration or related field preferred, high school diploma or GED required
  • Two + years' related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to interpret contractual agreements
  • Basic knowledge of business math
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills
  • Detail-oriented with accurate data entry skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Functions well with large volume and fast-paced work environment
  • Accountability and dependability with strong time management skills
