The Team
As a member of the Financial Crimes and Operational Risk Engineering (FCORE) team, the Software Engineer will work in collaboration with a team that will work with Senior management, Software & Operations Engineering teams, peers, and business partners to continuously improve the stability, reliability and efficiency of our Global systems through Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) based principles and practices that will include assisting with continuous people, process and technology (automating all the things) enhancements in support of our rapidly changing technology product portfolio.
The Role
The Software Engineer will work cross-functionally amongst a variety of teams and be a contributor in all significant engineering service or solutions delivered to FCORE business partners and their stakeholders.
The successful candidate will work closely with the various stakeholders including FCORE Software Engineering, business partners in Anti-Money Laundering Operations, Compliance, Architecture, and Infrastructure and Application Support teams to enhance the stability and resiliency of the applications within FCORE.
The successful individual will also drive analytics, reporting and dashboard creation and maintenance for SRO / FCORE key performance metrics.
Some of the Key Accountabilities include
You’ll help to create plans, collaborate with DevOps team members - coordinating activity with development and business leads to increase and maintain Service level Objectives adherence, governance and reporting.
