Position Summary : The Manager, Corporate Development will report to the Vice President of Corporate Development and work closely with senior management to position and enable PointClickCare to achieve long-term, profitable growth by supporting and leading initiatives relating to corporate strategy, acquisitions, and other special projects. Responsibilities

  • Design M&A and investment strategy in specific industries· Analyze strategic markets and provide intelligence to key internal stakeholders· Identify, screen and value M&A and investment opportunities· Drive all aspects of M&A process including valuation, term sheet preparation, due diligence, negotiations· Facilitate cross-functional teams to execute M&A deals· Drive internal decision-making processes· Lead transition from deal execution to integration Required Experience : · Bachelor’s degree;
