Store Managers in Training are Assistant Managers who have the desire to develop skills to become a store manager. Kent provides opportunities for learning including a management development program that provides training from experts in various areas of retail operations paired with hands-
on application. Development may include opportunities to participate in project work, new store set up or process improvement.
Assistant managers are responsible for all operations within a section of the store, delivering financial results and developing their people.
