Job Title : Program Manager, Learning Location(s) : Store Support Centre, Vancouver BC Reports To : Manager, Learning Job Summary : With a strong background in instructional design, adult learning theory and program management, you lead the design of our global learning curriculum.
You stand for and drive the development of high quality, innovative and engaging training programs and resources and expertly manage our programs to ensure sustainment and continual innovation. Core Accountabilities :
Utilize adult learning principles and theory to design training programs, modules and experiences which encourage an engaging, thought-
provoking and blended learning environment
Demonstrate and utilize effective needs analysis, project management, course development and evaluation skills to design high-caliber learning solutions
Consult with and maintain close relationships with key cross-functional partners in order to obtain clear content, learning outcomes, and collaborate on the build-out of training resources
Organize perceivably complex content into clear, concise and engaging learning
Create, innovate and elevate the systems, tools and resources needed for optimal learning and performance improvement, including but not limited to : learning management system (LMS), eLearning, mLearning, learning applications, videos, infographics / visuals, job aids, podcasts, training guides, etc.
Create and implement the evaluation strategy in order to track and report on key performance indicators (KPI’s)
Incorporate ongoing program feedback and lead program updates and innovations
Create and lead train-the-trainers for any new or updated programs Required Skills, Experience and Academic / Educational Requirements : Learning / Instructional Design & Development.
