In the Sr. Program Manager, Partnerships role you will develop and deliver partner marketing programs that enable TBS to acquire new customers, retain and grow existing customers and deliver growth in revenue through our partners.
You will develop a deep understanding of the TBS partner community and TBS field priorities to define and execute a partner marketing plan to support the growth objectives in Canada.
You will act as the primary contact for the TBS sales team with the partners, including regular participation in team calls, in-
person meetings and planning sessions. You will also act as the primary marketing and product contact and consultant for our strategic partners to build and execute joint go to market plans and programs.
You will constantly monitor and support partner MDF and enable appropriate spend of MDF on marketing initiatives including being an expert resource on process, guidelines and options for partners.
You will leverage global partner programs, define and execute regional programs, and constantly seek to improve upon communications to partners so that partners are aware of the full scope of our strategy as it pertains to them.
You will own the partner event and marketing strategy.
This role requires strong collaboration and relationship-building skills as you will be required to partner with Executives to Tactical resources at Partner Organizations, TBS Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Customer Marketing and most importantly the Sales organization to define and execute Partner Marketing programs.
You will be the voice of the Partner's marketing needs into various internal stakeholders and to share best practices across regions.
You will also be required to manage outside stakeholders to execute programs and achieve goals.
This role is ideally suited for an individual possessing strong program development, program management, and facilitation skills, the ability to leverage systems and numbers to tell a story, and has a passion to grow within a small team.
