We are currently looking for Administrator to join our Montreal office ( Located in the Radio Canada building)
What will you do : Primary Responsibilities
Accounts payable duties including, new vendor requests, vendor inquiries, processing vendor invoices.
Ensure weekly timesheets are completed correctly initialled and signed.
Issuing purchase orders for materials, subcontractors
Setting up and managing record-keeping information database with regards to inspections, subcontractor information, reporting, etc
Acting as assistant to the Customer Business Manager (Site supervisor
Acting as a primary contact for HR-related issues to the on-site workers.
Assist with updating of site inspection reports.
Assist with updating of deficiencies corrected on inspection sites.
Assist with tracking / organizing health & safety related activities.
Perform other administration duties as assigned.
Planning joint-committee meetings, taking minutes, distribution and correction of minutes.
2 or more years of experience as an Office Administrator.
College diploma in office / business administration or equivalent work experience.
Previous experience in the building management industry would be an asset.
Strong knowledge of and experience with MS Office.
Friendly, excellent communication skills and professional.
Proven organizational, multi-tasking and time management abilities.
Strong customer service skills and demonstrated initiative.
