We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with a strong lean and agile mindset with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Product Management capacity to join our Product team.

The Product Manager will drive the delivery of our product through ownership of the product strategy, backlog, and product launches.

Ideal candidates will have experience in influencing senior stakeholders and clients.

You will be responsible for :

  • Own product throughout its lifecycle in an agile development environment, creating, managing, and grooming the team backlog reflecting our clients and their customers’ needs.
  • Work with dependent product and engineering teams to discover, align, and prioritize their needs : understanding their timing requirements and helping think through phased approaches.
  • Understand the market and competitors; identify and prioritize opportunities for enhancing existing capabilities and developing new capabilities based on clients’ needs and market trends / gaps.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to define the Product Vision and Roadmap
  • Makes contributions towards efficiency and process improvement.
  • Data-driven decision making
  • Role Requirements :

  • Minimum of 3 years of agile product management with a focus on services for the cloud.
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment with a growth mindset and bias for action.
  • Domain knowledge of analytics, business intelligence, or enterprise planning
  • Must be data driven with strong analytical and quantitative skills to identify opportunities and measure success
  • Ability to work effectively with developers, QA, UX, Technical Support, and Sales as a strong team player.
  • Having humility and being open to giving and receiving feedback.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • University degree in engineering / computer science or business administration
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Industry experience in AI / ML
  • Experience in home health, homecare, hospice, palliative care, healthcare, or medical devices.
  • PM certification
