POSITION SUMMARY :
The Light Maintenance Attendant is responsible for performing various maintenance tasks in the residence’s common areas and apartments.
Gets acquainted (with previous shift’s progress) and writes messages in the "log book" (for the next shift) to ensure effective communication of important information between personnel on various work shifts;
Carries out the maintenance of the premises based on current requirements;
Cleans and performs the various maintenance tasks, based on current requirements : entrance halls, hallways and reception, dining room, kitchen, activity rooms, offices, shops, bathrooms, employees' room, elevators (doorstep and floors), waste chute and laundries, swimming pool, stairs...
Cleans and performs all the tasks inherent to conducting maintenance in apartments, for paying customers, and / or following the departures of residents;
Keeps the entrances clean;
Changes light bulbs in the common areas;
Places chairs, as required for various activities;
Washes the windows at the main and secondary entrances;
Conducts a security tour to ensure that all the doors outside are well closed and locked;
Makes himself available to respond to emergencies, if there are any;
Performs other tasks requested by his immediate superior.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS :
High school diploma;
DEP in general building maintenance (asset);
Between two (2) to three (3) years of experience working in maintenance;
Good command of oral French;
