Description

Our government client is seeking the services of an Administrative Clerk with Enhanced clearance.

Duties

  • Attending team and administrative meetings, monitor deliverables, preparation of procurement forms,
  • Keeping staff updated on adminsitrative matters,
  • Organize meetings including teleconferences and videoconferences,

  • Ensure verification and correction of correspondence and documents (i.e. formatting, revising, editing), tracking incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Monitor budget, prepare and provide financial reports
  • Maintain updated delegation of authority for staff
  • Complete travel arrangements (national and international) for two directors and corresponding team members, contact Amex as necessary to modify bookings, obtain approvals, complete Sections 32 & 34 before and after travel, verification of claims and receipts, confirmation of all travel plans, prepare travel binder for each trip
  • Completing Visitors Clearance Requests and Visitor Noficiations
  • Qualifications

    You must have previous experience in each of the duties to be performed within this contract.
