The Pharmaceutical Maintenance Attendant provides service to the buildings for which he is responsible, by executing or carrying out the appropriate steps for the execution of cleaning work.
He ensures that the sectors of activity are clean, hygienic and orderly.
Perform the cleaning of all GMP areas (production and packaging areas, warehouses, laboratories, vaults) of the building and related areas according to cleaning frequencies in accordance with the rules of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP);
Document the cleaning performed on the cleaning logs according to good documentation practices;
Perform maintenance of floors or surfaces (scrubbing, polishing, stripping, waxing);
Carry out the washing of windows, walls, ceilings and accessories, as well as the emptying of baskets and waste containers;
Carry out disinfection of premises and points of contact;
Assists the team leader in the follow-up of the inventory;
Ensures the maintenance of the mechanical rooms of the building;
Perform an annual cleaning of the lockers of the BPF lockers;
Perform cleaning of ventilation units (AHUs) that supply GMP areas;
Wear a Versaflo-type respirator for certain maintenance in powdery conditions;
Uses a lifting platform for dusting warehouse pallet stripes;
Lock equipment under the supervision of stationary machine mechanics;
Emergency work : water or other damage;
Maintain the good condition of floor scrubbers (cleaning, battery water level, visual inspection);
Place consumables in production SAS;
Write work orders to perform various repairs
Perform any other related tasks.
