Responsibilities :

  • Answers telephone, greets and assists visitors, and resolves a range of administrative problems and inquiries.
  • Processes incoming and outgoing mail, couriers and correspondence.
  • Day to Day administrative tasks : Edits and proofreads correspondence and prepares a wide range of administrative documents.
  • Coordinates and facilitates meetings as well as lunch orders.
  • Travel arrangements.
  • Timecard entries for staff.
  • Looks after office maintenance and supplies.
  • Qualifications :

  • Minimum two (2) years of administrative experience would be beneficial
  • MS Office and Computer skills with respect to technical analysis will set you apart from your peer group
  • Effective in communicating objectives, ideas and concepts to colleagues or clients
  • Understands the business implications of his / her decisions
