Answers telephone, greets and assists visitors, and resolves a range of administrative problems and inquiries.
Processes incoming and outgoing mail, couriers and correspondence.
Day to Day administrative tasks : Edits and proofreads correspondence and prepares a wide range of administrative documents.
Coordinates and facilitates meetings as well as lunch orders.
Travel arrangements.
Timecard entries for staff.
Looks after office maintenance and supplies.
Qualifications :
Minimum two (2) years of administrative experience would be beneficial
MS Office and Computer skills with respect to technical analysis will set you apart from your peer group
Effective in communicating objectives, ideas and concepts to colleagues or clients
Understands the business implications of his / her decisions
